I’ve been teaching Portuguese since 2008, including at the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of San Francisco.

I’m a grammar nerd, but I know you’re not here for a linguistics degree. You want to speak Portuguese naturally and with confidence—and that’s what I help you do. I love making grammar practical, simple, and useful.

I also have a passion for idiomatic expressions. I didn't name my business Street Smart Brazil for nothing 😀
